Competitor Intelligence

Competitor Intelligence turns the analytics lens outward. Tell it about your company — industry, business model, size, and target market — and AI discovers the competitors that matter, scores them across the dimensions that decide markets, and writes an executive summary of where you stand. Track the rivals you care about, compare them side by side, and export a report for the team.

Start with your business profile

Competitor Intelligence needs to know who you are before it can find who you're up against. Set up your business profile once — company name, industry, business model, company size, target market, website, and an optional description — and the module uses it to discover relevant competitors and tailor every insight to your position.

  • Industry — from technology and SaaS to healthcare, finance, e-commerce, and more
  • Business model — B2B SaaS, B2C e-commerce, marketplace, subscription, freemium, enterprise, and others
  • Company size and target market — so the competitors it surfaces match the field you actually play on

Watch: set your business profile, run the analysis, and compare competitors side by side.

Discover and score your competitors

Run the analysis and AI discovers the competitors in your space, then scores each one out of 5 across the dimensions that decide markets — innovation, market share, brand strength, pricing power, customer satisfaction, growth potential, product quality, and more. An executive summary distills the landscape into a short narrative you can act on.

  • Competitive scores across ten dimensions, each rated out of 5.0
  • An executive summary that reads the market and your place in it
  • Search to find and add a specific competitor by name — Salesforce, HubSpot, anyone

Compare and track the ones that matter

Select two or three competitors to compare side by side — competitive positioning, business model, strategic focus, and the key obstacles and opportunities each faces. A revenue-model breakdown shows how each makes money (subscription, usage-based, services, enterprise). Track the rivals you want to watch and pause them when you don't.

Turn it into a report

Everything is exportable. Generate a competitor analysis report with strategic priorities and business challenges, or jump into Presentation Mode to walk the team through the landscape. Visit any competitor's website straight from their profile, and edit your business profile anytime to refresh the analysis as your company evolves.

Best practices

  • Fill in your business profile completely — the more accurate the industry, model, and market, the sharper the competitors it surfaces
  • Track a focused set of real rivals rather than every name the search returns
  • Use compare mode for board and strategy reviews — positioning, revenue model, and focus areas side by side
  • Re-run the analysis when your market or strategy shifts so scores and summaries stay current
