Is there a free plan?
Yes. Intelligence Navigator has a forever-free plan with access to all 7 analytics modules. No credit card required. Paid plans start at $19.99/month when you need more capacity, automation, or chatbots.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Only for paid plans. Free is no-card and instant. Starter and Professional require a card upfront and bill immediately. ProMax requires a card and includes a 14-day free trial — it auto-bills at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
Which plans include a free trial?
Only ProMax includes a 14-day free trial. Starter and Professional are direct-bill — you're charged the moment you subscribe. Free has no trial because it never expires.
What happens at the end of the ProMax trial?
On day 15 your card is charged for the first month and your subscription becomes active — no action required. If the charge fails you'll get an email with a 7-day grace period to update your card while keeping full access; we keep retrying the card on file during that window. If the card still hasn't been resolved after the grace period your account is suspended until payment goes through.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime, from inside the app. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against your current period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period so you keep paid features through the end of the period you've already paid for.
What are AI credits?
AI credits power every AI response, chart explanation, document analysis, report generation, chatbot reply, and agentic workflow inside Intelligence Navigator. Each plan includes a generous monthly allotment that resets on the 1st. Most customers stay well within their plan under normal business usage.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — no email or phone call required. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. For Enterprise we also accept ACH and invoice / PO-based billing.
