Connect your sources
Open the Data Hub and choose Add Source to browse the integration catalog. Intelligence Navigator is built to ingest far more than spreadsheets:
- Files — CSV, Excel, and PDF documents, uploaded directly or synced from OneDrive, Excel Online, and Google Sheets
- CRM and sales — Salesforce, HubSpot, and pipeline or deal exports
- Conversations — call transcripts, chat logs, text messages, and support threads
- Reviews and feedback — customer reviews and survey responses for sentiment analysis
- Commerce and finance — Shopify, Stripe, QuickBooks, and accounting data

Watch: connecting sources and uploading files in the Data Hub.
If a tool you rely on is missing, request the integration directly from the catalog.
Upload files directly
Drag and drop CSV or Excel files, or browse from your computer. Tell the platform what kind of data it is — sales, revenue, customers, sentiment — or let automatic detection classify it for you. Uploaded data is parsed, validated, and indexed without any manual preparation.
Monitor intelligence status
The workspace shows the health of your data at a glance: records indexed, AI-ready datasets, sync health, and the time of the last sync. Once a source is connected, every module — analytics, AI agents, dashboards, reports — can work from it immediately.
Best practices
- Keep column headers clean and descriptive — they become the vocabulary your AI agents use
- Import one table per sheet for the most reliable results
- Re-upload or reconnect when source data changes; sync health tells you when data is stale
Next steps
With your data connected, you are ready to put it to work. The next module covers automation: AI chatbots, the AI operations center, Sentinel monitoring, and account intelligence.
